Makes 3l of non-alcoholic Ginger Drink.
Place 800g sugar and 2250ml water in a lidded pan and bring to the boil to dissolve. Turn off heat and mix in 330ml of the Ginger Compound. Top up to exactly 3l, leave to cool, pour into sterilised bottles.
