The ingredients are carefully selected, featuring a base of white grape juice concentrate blended with apple juice concentrate, enriched with apricot flavouring to capture the essence of this beloved fruit.   2. Mix the ingredients as directed by your kit to prepare the wine must, ensuring a perfect harmony of flavours.
  3. Allow the must to ferment for at least 5 days, enabling the development of the wine's rich apricot character.
  4. Remove any sediment to ensure your wine is crystal clear and free from impurities.
  5. Bottle your wine, adding up to 500g of sugar if a sweeter taste is desired.
  6. Savour the exquisite taste of your homemade Apricot Wine, a testament to your winemaking craft.

Additional Equipment Required:

  • A fermenter with a capacity of at least 5 litres for the primary fermentation stage.
  • An airlock and grommet to maintain an optimal fermentation environment.

  • Essential tools such as a mixing spoon, hydrometer, and thermometer for precise measurement and preparation.

  • Sugar, specifically 600g of granulated sugar or 670g of brewing sugar, required for fermentation, with an optional 500g for sweetening at the bottling stage.
