A blend of dextrose and spray-dried malt extract, E3 Dark deepens malt flavour and colour - perfect for fuller, darker styles where you want richness to come through. Use it as your fermentable alongside your beer kit, in place of dextrose.
Mangrove Jack’s Recommendation: Dunkelweizen — 4 Wheat, ½ x H8 Floral Hop Sachet, E3 Dark Enhancer, M20 Bavarian Wheat Yeast. Approx. 4.3% ABV. Makes 20L.
